Whether it's an application, suggestion, or whatever, if you have something to say about it, by all means go ahead. However keep in mind that just a flashy +SUPPORT or whatever is not a good way to get your point across. If you want to be taken seriously, please state even in just a couple sentences, just why you feel the way you do.
