These are the official Terms that a User agrees to when they donate to our server, by Donating you automatically agree to these terms and if these terms are conflicted with in anyway may result in the banning or loss of your character/rights on our Server.

Donation Agreements:

By Donating you agree you are GIVING to us for none of your own benefit, it is a GIFT, not a Purchase. As us of a server, we GIVE you these benefits we have listed on our Donations page as a thank you and not a purchase. These benefits are our privelege for for you you as a thank you and NOT a Purchase. That means these benefits can be taken away at anytime, by donating, you agree to this.

Donating for a benefit we do not have listed will not be officialy valid unless agreed on by Tick. Following this agreement will be a screenshot of what we do and DO NOT agree on.

Anyone who has Donated can be turned down their privellege of donating if they fail to show proof of their donation photographically.

If a user is caught abusing their donation privelleges they are giving up their right to the benefit(s) they have receieved as a Player on our Community's Server(s).

Donating for a benefit that hasn't been agreed on by Tick can be rejected at ANY time even if the player has already donated and received those benefits.

Anyone caught exploiting our server or doing taking part in any illegal activity that includes hacking, Distributed Denial of Service attacks or anything else that breaches rights or legal laws will be punished appropriately, including the rejection of their ingame benefits recieved from donating.
