03 (8 days) Breach and clear lead Basic leadership courses SMG Advanced Division specific training 1 and 2.
02 (8 days - replacing deserviced 01) Advanced Leadership Recruit Training guide Unit Discipline Advanced weaponry (Shotguns, Grenades, Breaches) Division specific training 3 and 4.
01 (12 days - Replacement of OfC 5 days as trial OfC before full induction) Advanced Weaponry refreshment courses Training of Lower units Guide Commanding indirectly (From the nexus not boots on the ground) Division specific training 5 and 6. |
